About Me

Hey, everyone! Here is a blog about US! Brian and Me and our little bundles of joy, Jayden and Layla! Brian and I have been married for over 4 1/2 years and now we have our sweet little boy and girl. Jayden was born on Thanksgiving morning and almost a year later our sweet girl was also born! What a great month to have our little blessings born! We are so excited to have them in our lives!

Primary Program

Today was our Primary Program for our ward. Some of you might not know, but I am the chorister for our Primary. I love this calling! It is so FUN! It is so rewarding to be with those sweet innocent kids. And somehow they always teach me no the other way around! I have had this calling while I was in hair school before I got married, but this one has been very different from that ward. We only have about 20 kids including the nurshery. It is very inclosed and personable! I think I like that so much better because I get to know the kids better. But anyways back to the program. It turned out so GREAT! I have been wanting to have a harp played with the song 'If the Savior Stood Beside Me' with the kids signing. I had been calling since Aug. for someone to play for me. Already there isn't a lot of people that play the harp let alone anyone here in St. George, but the last place they called gave me a number about a month ago. I called hoping and praying she could do it! And she could!! It sounded so BEAUTIFUL! Oh man I was a wreck. The tears couldn't hold back any longer! The kids didn't know what to do when they saw their leader crying and trying to sign and sing at all the same time! haha they did so good! I am very proud of them! Thanks kids for singing so well! And thanks to the fam that came to see the kids and supported me. Oh thanks Lori too, for the beautiful talent that put the finishing touch on the program!

Geese I got goose bumps just hearing you talk about it. Im sad I didnt make it, REALLY sad but I had kids and family issues all that weekend and wasnt able to go home til this morning and It would have been distracting to bring the kids with me so Im sorry I didnt make it but am glad it turned out well because you worked so hard on it. Congrats!!
